Summer bucket list!

This summer break me and my best mates all have some time off work and seeing as we can't go on a vaycay we're stuck in sunny Sydney!

But that's not the end of the world because for the next week we have a bucklist of activities to keep us from dieing of boredom! 

1. Garie beach arvo - check!

3. Fishing adventure - check!

Christmas prepping!

How good is this time of the year! The Christmas lights are beaming, everyone is feeling happy, there's good vibes going around everywhere! Tis the season!

Me and dan got all domesticated and made our very own Christmas stockings! To put them together we made a simple bag out of fabric the size of a pillow slip and decorated it with cuts of Christmas printed cotton, so easy, cheap and simple! 

The weekend was filled with Christmas celebrations with mates, plenty of drinks and silly season mayhem! 

Metal music and water parks!

What a wild weekend, Saturday night Steel Panther played the horden pavilion and with hair metal dudes with longer locks than mine rocking tights and ripped singlets it was definitely a night to remember! Those Panthers might be old rockers but they sure know how to put on a show! 

Sunday day i was lucky enough to score pre-opening testing day tickets to Sydney's Wet 'n' Wild! With the sun blaring, tunes pumping over loud speakers, over 40 different rides and no lines I can honestly say it was the cherry on top of an already epic weekend!!

Stoney Roads Turns 6!

Mid week drinking is usually something I'm not too eager to dapple in but this Wednesday was an exception.... Stoney Roads turned 6!!

This humble little organisation have been bringing us incredible blog posts, photos and memories from nights out and all the news you want to hear about the dance music genre! 

What better way to wish the Stoney a happy birthday then to get a little fucked up at World Bar and have a boogie to the likes of What So Not, RUFUS and Flight Facilities! 

Here's to struggling at work on Thursday, it was completely worth it!

Rain city.

I don't know what's happening with the weather gods but all this rain is making me feel like I'm in London and not Sydney!

My favourite part about driving in the rain is that breathe warmth you feel when you pass under a tunnel...

This Sunday we all headed to el sol to wish my better half a happy 27th birthday!

Halloween is probably the only time you can dress as a sugar skull and have if soft and okay!

To celebrate this devilish occasion the bender began at ship faced cruise to watch Alison Wonderland do her thing while we all got retarded and made some funny faces!

Next stop a good ole fashion house party for beer pong, jelly shots and climbing out of windows..

Sunday hurt a lil.. 

Minnamurra adventure!

Do you ever feel like you can't distinguish between reality and your dreams, have you ever been to a place that made you feel like that? That feeling is called. Oneirataxia. How fun are long words!

Anyways, a sweet 1.5 hour drive from home is a place called Minnamurra, it's a pretty incredible trek; with larger than life trees, hang bridges, waterfalls and huge climbable vines you almost feel like you're in an Indiana Jones movie! 

$11 will give you entry to the trek and its more than worth every cent, if you want something different to do on a Sunday it's definitely something worth checking out! 

The Epsom Cup

The races are always a good idea; who doesn't want to dress up, get pissed and spend money!

Last weekend was the Epsom Cup so the gang got frocked out and suited up for a day on the champers! 

Such a quality day; old mates, new mates, mates mates, food, wine, betting, horses and drunken kick ons! 

Why isn't it spring all year round?

How good is this time of year, when authentic Japanese and Asian cuisine comes to tantalise the taste buds of Sydney goers and hipsters alike.

This Wednesday me and my mates trekked it in for some wines, ciders and dumplings before making it home in time for home cooked desserts, Bon appetite'!

Melbourne get away.

After beginning the morning with some breakfast ciders the gang jet set away to Melbourne for a weekend of booze, mates, partying, shit food and site seeing.

Melbourne delivered quality shop finds, suburban adventures, street art, the worst hangover of my life, an awkward hotel encounter after vomiting through reception, way too much jaeger, a lost phone, new mates and too much Asian food.

Splendour was off the chain! Good tunes, good mates, quality road trip, mad vibes.

Snowy times.

Snow seasons back and although it's off to a slow start bluebird days at blue cow are still worth waking up early to!

Pumping Sunday's

Considering everyone is taking part in dry July this year Sunday Funday has been taken to a next level experience. For this month only we won't be spending our Sundays slothing and loathing on the couch, hungover and regretting every shot and bad decision made the night before.

Last Sunday we made an effort to hike through cronulla's rocky muddy exterior.

The sun was pumping!! Bring on next Sunday!
